Interviewing Services
We have a staff of over 40 interviewers who work nationally. The majority of our research
is conducted in the New York tri-state area.
Our interviewing services include:

Focus Group Traditional and Online Recruiting - Selection of focus group respondents from our database,
lists, internet resources, or from cold calling. We have recruited professionals, executives, and
a large variety of consumers. We do all our own recruiting in the New York, New
Jersey and Connecticut areas. Recruiting out of these areas is coordinated and
supervised from our main office or by contracting a network of reputable
marketing associates who we work with on a regular basis.

In-store/Mall Intercepts - We provide interviewing services for structured
data collection in public locations (interviewing clearance provided by the
client). The questionnaire is usually a formal one, prepared and asked in
a prearranged order. This type of interviewing is used to gather large amounts
of data in a relatively short period of time.

Mystery Shopping - Interviewers assume identities of specific shoppers to
evaluate specific market conditions, including customer satisfaction. Typical
industries that employ mystery shoppers are banking/financial, food, clothing,
and service.

Professional/Executive and Consumer Interviews - Interviewers administer
a set questionnaire to professionals or executives, usually lasting in length
from 1/2 to two hours. If the discussion is not pre-set by a structure
questionnaire, the session would have to be run by a moderator.
