Overall responsibility for design, implementation, and management of research projects. All studies will be closely monitored to ensure that time and cost ranges are met.

• Each problem will be identified
• An effective approach will be developed (analytical models, research questions, and a hypotheses)
• The research design will be formulated
• Field work and data collection will take place
• A report will be prepared and presented
